30-day risk-free trial for your peace of mind

We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you need. That's why we offer a 30-day risk-free trial period for all our products. Shop with complete peace of mind knowing we care it.

1. Contact our Customer Team

At Abbie & Henry, we believe in personalized service. Reach out to our friendly Customer Team, and include your order number, order details, name on file, and reason for the return. We are here to make the process as smooth as possible for you.

2. Print Return Labels

1. We will email you the return label.

2. Print your return label, or check with your courier to see if they can print it from a digital copy for you.

3. Pack your item in its packaging and attach the printed return label to the package.

3. Drop Day

1. Ensure your return is dropped off within your return period to ensure a refund. We will not honor a refund if the return is made outside of the 30-day (from purchase date) period. 

2. Drop your return off at the Post Office. You may be charged additional fees if you bring the package to the wrong Courier or Post Office.

5. Get your Refund

Once we receive the product, our Quality Assurance Team will inspect it. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to be processed after the inspection. Items must be in their original and undamaged condition, such as shoes that don't fit and don't meet your expectations.
