As a Creative Marketing Specialist at Abbie & Henry, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's narrative and engaging our audience through captivating marketing campaigns. You'll work at the intersection of creativity and strategy, crafting compelling stories that resonate with our customers and reflect the essence of A&H's philosophy.
Campaign Conceptualization: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative and impactful marketing campaigns that align with A & H's vision and values. Translate product offerings into engaging narratives that connect with our target audience.
Content Creation: Create visually stunning and emotionally resonant content for various platforms, including social media, websites, email newsletters, and more. This content should reflect the Scandinavian design influence and the functional beauty of our products.
Storytelling: Develop a consistent brand voice and storytelling approach that captures the essence of A&H. Craft compelling narratives that evoke emotions and inspire our customers to become part of the A&H movement.
Visual Design: Collaborate with designers and artists to bring your marketing concepts to life. Ensure that the visual elements align with the brand's aesthetics and convey the intended message effectively.
Multichannel Strategy: Implement marketing strategies across multiple channels, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence. Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and customer engagement.
Product Launches: Play a central role in launching new products by creating teaser campaigns, engaging content, and promotional materials that generate excitement and anticipation among our audience.
Community Engagement: Foster a sense of community among A&H's customers. Engage with our audience on social media platforms, respond to inquiries, and encourage user-generated content that showcases our products in real-life contexts.
Trend Research: Stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, and cultural shifts to ensure that A&H remains at the forefront of innovative marketing strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Proven experience 3 years in creative marketing, preferably in the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry.
A portfolio showcasing your ability to create visually appealing and engaging marketing content. (We take seriously your portfolio).
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Figma, Photoshop and other software.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. (Norwegian, Russian, Spanish is a big plus)
Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
Ability to work in teamwork and meet deadlines.
Passion for Scandinavian design principles and an appreciation for functional beauty.
